About the Artist: Neal Parrow is a lifelong painter and illustrator, covering a variety of subject matters.  After attending the Art Institute of Philadelphia and School of Visual Arts in Manhattan, he moved to California to begin his career as a commercial illustrator, animation storyboard artist, print maker and later a fine artist.
