Refund policy

Colette Cosentino's return policy: A full refund is issued within a few days, upon the safe return of the artwork to Colette Cosentino Atelier + Gallery.  We ship your paintings to you by way of an art shipper, who hand creates a padded wooden crate for the painting to fit safely and snugly in.  When you receive your artwork, be sure to keep your crate on hand.  For, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you have the crate to put the artwork back into.  Should you desire to return your painting, you will have to cover the cost of shipping the artwork back to Colette Cosentino Atelier + Gallery.  Once the artwork has been received at the gallery, you will be issued a full refund for your purchase price within a few business days.  If you have any questions regarding the refund policy, please email us at info@colettecosentino.com and we would be happy to talk with you further.
