"Blooms" 6" x 6" oil painting of a white blooming tree

"Blooms" has an Asian influence, inspired by work found at the Santa Barbara Museum of Art.  There, I often find inspiration in other artworks, artists....... This wee 6" x 6" oil painting depicts a sort of close up of a tree bearing its giant white blossoms, no doubt due to all the rain showers and sunshine.  The sides, nearly 3" deep, have been gilded and painted out.
